It can be easy to lose focus or feel overwhelmed so make sure your goals are realistic and reasonable.

Volunteering makes a difference, this year be the change you want to see in the world. Whether you are donating clothes to a nonprofit organization or volunteering your time at an animal shelter or senior center, you are making an important impact on others lives.
