We hope you will join us in supporting local children’s charities by visiting the House for Hope! This year’s House for Hope is a 4,200 square foot modern farmhouse located in Franklin, TN.
Open for tours starting Saturday, March 4, the 4,200 square foot modern farmhouse features a painted brick and fiber cement lap siding exterior, covered porches, a gourmet kitchen provided by G.E. and Electronic Express, 4 bedrooms, a playroom for children, and a gameroom.
All for Charity
Built by Carbine & Associates with the help of numerous vendors and subcontractors and in collaboration with designers from four states, the proceeds from the sale of the House for Hope home and tour tickets will be donated to area children’s charities. Carbine & Associates are the builders of the 2013 Traditional Home magazine and HDTV® Smart Home.
Award-Winning Designers
Also involved with the House for Hope is an award-winning team of designers and bloggers. This is the first year that the building team has partnered with multiple interior designers. “We are interested to see the different and inspiring perspectives of these unique designers. From website blogs to social media posts, the entire project will have so many creative elements,” said Daryl Walny, Carbine & Associates vice president of operations.
“The proceeds of the home sale combined with tour tickets will help us all give back to our community in a significant way. We are also grateful that so many subcontractors and vendors have stepped up with significant discounts and donations to support this project,” said James Carbine. “We are honored this team of rockstar interior design tastemakers have agreed to the new date for this unique home tour which will inspire visitors while yielding well over $100,000, providing hope for area children’s charities.”
